    EXHIBITOR CONTRACT - Location is the Lincoln County Courthouse Lawn, US Hwy 93 & South Greenwood. Show hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM Sunday. Set-up hours are 12-7 PM Friday, July 12; 7-9 AM Saturday, July 13, 2019.

    TERMS TO WHICH EXHIBITOR AGREES:
    1. Exhibitor shall provide a professional display in the exhibiting area. No new items or reproductions are permitted.
    2. Setup must be complete before show opening. NO PACKING BEFORE THE END OF THE SHOW. YOUR MUST KEEP YOU SPACE UP UNTIL 4 PM
    3. Contract and fee due immediately. Only a signed contract and payment will be reserved your preferred space. 
    4. Show committee, management, owners of property, their agents, and employees shall not be liable for injury to person or property during the show or during arrival or departure. 
    5. The Exhibitor will not sublet all or any part of his/hers area.
    6. Cancellation policy: 100 percent (100%) refund available if you must cancel by May 31;l 50 percent (50%) refund June 1 - July 1. 
    7. Exhibitor is responsible for his or her own insurance, bodily injury damage, and product coverage, and for sales tax. 
    8. No vehicles shall be left on the premises overnight or during the event. 
    9. Please do not bring pets to the show.
    10. Security is included both Friday and Saturday evenings
    11. Booth space is approximately 12 x 12 - Remeber, this is a park and trees and other landscaping will change from year to year.
